Return Policy

VapeNip allows returns on Premium unopened items within seven days from the delivery date.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping back to us and the shipping back to you if you want an exchange.

You may send the item (s) back to VapeNip to receive a refund equal to the total amount paid (minus the 15% restocking fee & shipping). If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipping, there will be no restocking fee applied.

Please review your order confirmation email to ensure that all items and nicotine strengths are correct.

Broken, incorrect or missing items from an order must be reported to our customer support team within 72 hours from the delivery date.

We have the right to refuse any return/exchanges/refunds if our policy is not followed.

If an item (s) are received with any cosmetic damage from the manufacturer, you must contact our customer support team within 72 hours from the delivery date.

Occasionally, you may see an outdated photo displayed on a product description.

If an item is priced incorrectly we reserve the right to correct that at any time and the order containing the item may be canceled so the item can be ordered again at the correct price.

It is your responsibility to examine all items in packages received.
